 24-Hour Crisis Line: 1-800-889-2000

Main Office: 541-889-6316

National Domestic Violence Hotline: 800-799-SAFE

Project DOVE offers safe refuge and support to victims of domestic and sexual violence. Our programs and services inform survivors of their options and support them in their choices. A cornerstone of our philosophy is respect for survivors’ rights including the right to decide whether to report to the police the crime or crimes committed against them. We work with survivors of any race, gender, color, creed, religious belief, or sexual orientation.

We are requesting that community members help us with our911 Cell Phone Drive. Drop any old cell phones by our office (585 NW 1st Street, Ontario OR) or look for drop boxes in the area. Some people have mailed them to us. Our mailing address is: P.O. Box 980 Ontario OR 97914. We can either reuse the phones for 911 emergencies for our clients or we can have them recycled. Thank-you!

Hotline
Our hotline is available 24 hours a day, every day of the year, serving callers in English, Spanish, and other languages. We are the only agency in our community which provides crisis intervention and supportive services to victims of domestic and sexual violence.

Shelter
We offer emergency shelter around the clock, typically serving between 350 and 500 victims yearly. In addition to a safe place to stay, we provide safety planning, advocacy, and referrals to other community resources.

Crisis Intervention and Support
Survivors of domestic violence can receive advocacy on a walk-in basis from Project Dove staff. We offer survivor support groupsin English and Spanish, with a children’s group meeting at the same time.

Women in Transition
Survivors of domestic and sexual violence sometimes need support for an extended time. Our Women in Transition program helps survivors rebuild self-esteem and gain new skills.
